Return/Refund Policy
If your equipment is damaged or defective upon receipt, we will repair or replace it. If you wish to return your equipment within 90 days and the equipment is not damaged and is in working condition, you will be entitled to a 100% refund of the purchase price (less shipping & handling). Equipment that is returned damaged after it is put into service may require a re-stocking fee.
Cancellation Policy
The PlumReward service is on a month-to-month basis and may be cancelled at any time. Upon cancellation, all outstanding balances will become due immediately. Partial months of service will be pro-rated. If your account has a credit balance, that amount will be issued as a refund to your credit card or checking account. Any equipment that has been rented must be returned in working condition within 10 days to avoid additional fees and charges.
Delivery/Shipping Policy
Unless other arrangements are made in advance, all equipment is shipped via FedEx Ground. Tracking numbers will be sent to the email address that we have on file for the account. A signature is required at delivery.
